As a convenience to you, we are seeing patients in the early morning. Saturdays are available by appointment. If you have a specific request, we will make every effort to schedule a convenient appointment time as soon as possible.

Only 30 minutes from Chicago's International Airport (O'Hare Field) Easy access just off I-355 going west on Roosevelt Road to Park Ave. left or south to 45 So. Park Blvd. on the left. There is also ample parking in the rear of the building.

Appointments

We know how busy life is for you and we make every effort to accommodate your busy schedule. So that we can get our clients in and out on time, we ask that our clients be on time and keep their scheduled appointments. Please make appointments that you know you can keep. Last minute changes increase the cost of providing excellent care to our clients.

Payment Options

Our financial policy allows us to provide you with the best treatment available and does not limit your care to just what your dental insurance plan covers. We accept cash, checks, credit or debit cards. We also accept most major dental insurances as well as Care Credit and Spring Stone® Patient Financing.

Spring Stone® Patient Financing and Care Credit offers no interest payment plans with low monthly payments and no pre-payment penalties. There is no annual fee and no down payment required. Dental Insurance.

We accept most dental insurance plans. We are happy to assist you with your dental insurance as a courtesy and service to you. We will complete all forms pertaining to your dental insurance claims and make sure all procedures are documented with pictures and X-rays. We will send them promptly, usually the same day, to your insurance carrier and you will be reimbursed by them usually within two weeks.

A Realistic View for Insurance

We want you to have a realistic view of what dental insurance really accomplishes for you. Dental insurance has never been a pay-all for dental procedures. The patient has always been responsible for some portion of their care. The more your employer paid for your dental insurance the higher the rates of coverage and the more you will receive in compensation from your insurance plan. People who think they have dental insurance really only have limited and restricted benefits that are controlled by an insurance company. A dental benefit is more like a coupon. It is only worth what the insurance company says its worth. It has nothing to do with what the dentist charges

Most important: Never let an impersonal insurance company dictate your dental care. They couldn't care less about your health, comfort, peace of mind or appearance. Be happy you have that coupon for some dollars off, but never expect them to rebuild your burned down house.
