We know how busy life is for you and we make every effort to accommodate your busy schedule. So that we can get our clients in and out on time, we ask that our clients be on time and keep their scheduled appointments. Please make appointments that you know you can keep. Last minute changes increase the cost of providing excellent care to our clients.

Payment Options
It's to your advantage to understand every aspect of your dental care before beginning treatment. It is important for you to know your level of financial commitment in order to assist you and the Doctor in prioritizing your care.

5% Prepayment Courtesy
Most of our patients prefer this option. It allows you to benefit from a 5% courtesy discount when you pre-pay for treatment in the form of a check, or cash.
Care Credit
Flexible Financing options that meet your budget. No interest payments up to 12 -24 months.
Pay As You Go
We complete dentistry as you can fit it into your budget.

Insurance
We are happy to assist you with your dental insurance as a courtesy and service to you. We will complete all forms pertaining to your dental insurance claims and make sure all procedures are documented with pictures and X-rays. We will send them promptly, usually the same day, to your insurance carrier and you will be reimbursed by them usually within two weeks.

We want you to have a realistic view of what dental insurance really accomplishes for you.Dental insurance has never been a pay-all for dental procedures.. The patient has always been responsible for some portion of their care.Your employer has purchased dental insurance for his/her employees. The more your employer paid for your dental insurance the higher the rates of coverage and the more you will receive in compensation from your insurance plan. Dental insurance is a mechanism to help you pay for your dental health decisions. Insurance is actually a rebate for a portion of the fee or investment that you have chosen to make in your health. Hopefully together we can work out a plan that makes sense for you and achieves the level of health and aesthetics that you desire.
